These terms govern your use of RentTrust. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
RentTrust provides a link that lets tenants qualify themselves and gives agencies a ranked application inbox with chat and stage-gated documents.
Accounts
Agencies must provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data you're not authorised to, submit false information, or use RentTrust to unlawfully discriminate against applicants.
Tenant data & fair treatment
Agencies must handle applicant data lawfully, use it only to assess the tenancy, and treat all applicants fairly and without unlawful discrimination.
Fees
Agency subscriptions are billed as shown in the app (plans from €99/month per office after any free trial). Tenants use RentTrust free of charge.
Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using RentTrust at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and disputes are subject to its courts.
