This EULA grants a limited licence to use RentTrust software during the pilot. It complements the Terms and Privacy notice.
Visible control
Licence rights, ranking weights, consents, and document views must remain inspectable by the people they affect. Hidden scoring, silent document copies, and undeclared trackers are outside this licence.
Licence grant
Subject to these terms, RentTrust grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the pilot interfaces for legitimate rental-qualification workflows.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, resell access, scrape personal data unlawfully, bypass consent or security controls, or use the service to train third-party models on tenant data.
Paying agencies
Agencies are the primary licensees. Subscription or trial access does not transfer ownership of RentTrust intellectual property.
Tenants
Tenants receive a personal, free licence to maintain a Passport and respond to Connect Links when intake is enabled, subject to consent and rights tools.
Intellectual property
RentTrust retains all rights in the software, branding, ranking model documentation, and documentation packs.
Termination
Either party may stop pilot use at any time. On erasure or account closure, licence rights end except for surviving legal obligations.
Draft EULA for the pilot. Counsel must finalise before SARL-S commercial launch.
