These terms govern evaluation use of RentTrust while the project prepares incorporation as a Luxembourg SARL-S. Commercial terms, liability caps, and governing-law clauses require counsel approval before paid production use.
Pilot and corporate status
RentTrust is offered as a pilot. The operating entity intends to incorporate as a société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée (SARL-S) in Luxembourg. Until incorporation and counsel sign-off, the service is evaluation-only and must not process real tenant personal data unless TENANT_INTAKE_ENABLED is lawfully approved.
Roles
Agencies act under their own rental responsibilities. RentTrust provides workflow software. Ranking assists human review and does not automate acceptance or rejection of housing applications.
Agency accounts
Agency accounts are created under contract or pre-contract evaluation. Paying offices subscribe to Solo, Agency, or Enterprise. Agencies remain responsible for lawful rental decisions and notices to applicants.
Fees and trial
Published prices are monthly office fees excluding 17% Luxembourg VAT: Solo €149, Agency €349, Enterprise by quotation, and Founding 10 at 50% off Agency for 24 months. A one-week evaluation may start without a card. Commercial terms require counsel approval before paid production use.
Tenants
Tenants may use a Rental Passport and Connect Links when intake is enabled. Consents for triage, contact, and documents are separate, versioned, and withdrawable. Exact income is never requested at triage.
Assisted ranking
Scores reorder an inbox using published weights. Agencies must open and decide each lead. Tenants may request human intervention or contest ranking from the Passport.
Availability
The pilot is provided as available. Scheduled maintenance and EU-region dependencies may interrupt service.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Luxembourg law for an evaluation pilot, RentTrust excludes liability for indirect loss arising from evaluation use. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These pilot terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Luxembourg, subject to counsel confirmation after SARL-S incorporation.
